Shipping Carriers:

We use either Evri, DHL or Yodel for product delivery, depending on your location and the weight/size of your order. We select the most efficient and cost-effective carrier to ensure timely and secure delivery.

 

Free Shipping:

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders in the UK. Spend £70 or more for free international shipping.

 

Processing Time:

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

 

Delivery Times:

Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on your location. International orders can take up to 4-10 business days.

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website: Evri (evri.com/track-a-parcel), Yodel (yodel.co.uk/track) or DHL (dhl.com/gb-en/home/tracking).
